Malkin Lawyers is a boutique firm established in Berwick, Victoria.

A strong customer service ethic ensures that we can achieve the best possible result for each client whether they are larger corporations or individuals.  The firm is headed by it's Legal Practitioner Director, Mark Barrett LL.B B.A (Criminal Justice Administration) who is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as a Barrister and Solicitor and also the High Court of Australia.

Situated only 40 minutes from the CBD and 15 minutes from the Dandenong law courts we offer legal services to clients situated both locally and in greater Victoria.  We also provide services to interstate clients who need the services of a local practitioner.  We can take instructions either in person, by telephone or email.  We offer expert and timely advice without the price tag of large city based law firms.

As a commitment to customer service we offer a free first consultation up to 30 minutes.  We also take on legally aided matters.
